KOIBOT was created from a simple conviction: the future of AI should not be defined only by what machines can say, but by how they can exist alongside people. We are not here merely to make another complex machine. We are here to create a warmer kind of presence.

Our ambition is to bring Embodied Affective Agents into everyday life. AMORIA is not a single AI model or a chatbot placed inside a robot. It is the relationship-oriented intelligence that gives a character continuity, memory and a more thoughtful way to respond. ROLA is AMORIA's first physical body — where intelligence becomes something people can see, hear and live with over time.

We believe this vision must be proven in the real world, not only in the lab. It must be shaped by Japanese aesthetics, craftsmanship and character; protected by user control; and made meaningful through time, trust and daily life. We do not claim to read a person's inner feelings. We observe interaction cues and adapt with care, while saved memories remain under the owner's control.

Our goal is not to replace human relationships. It is to build a new category of embodied intelligence that can grow across characters, bodies and cultures — and offer a quiet, respectful companion whenever the human world feels a little too noisy.
