Fees Other Than Product Price: Consumption tax, shipping fees, installation fees where applicable, and customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and similar charges for international shipments. Specific amounts will be displayed on the order confirmation screen before the order is finalized.

Reservation deposit: at the time of the reservation procedure.

Product balance: before production begins.
Delivery Timing: Because the products are made to order, production generally takes approximately 1 to 3 months after the reservation or order is confirmed. The specific delivery schedule will be provided individually.
Refund of Deposit: The reservation deposit of JPY 5,000 will be fully refunded upon the customer's request before the final order or final contract is concluded. The final contract shall be deemed concluded upon the Company's final order confirmation notice, confirmation of specifications, or completion of payment of the balance. Refund method and handling of fees: bank transfer fees for refunds shall be borne by the customer.
Returns and Cancellations / Special Return Policy: The products are made to order based on customer specifications. Therefore, cancellations, returns, or exchanges after production has begun will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. In the event of an initial defect, damage during delivery, or other cause attributable to the Company, please contact us within [7 days] after receipt of the product. We will provide replacement, repair, or other appropriate support.
The Company will bear the shipping fees required for replacement or repair due to causes attributable to the Company. This provision does not limit any rights of customers recognized under applicable laws and regulations.
Operating Environment / AMORIA AI: Some AMORIA AI features require an internet connection and pairing with a compatible account and device. Supported languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese.
◉Privacy Policy
Reon Robotics Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information and data such as conversations and voice data in connection with our products "KOIBOT" and the "ROLA" series, our AI dialogue system "AMORIA," and our website and related services collectively, the "Services."

1. Information We Collect

Information provided by customers: name, address, phone number, email address, shipping address, information necessary for payment processing, provided that card information is processed by the payment service provider and we do not retain card numbers, and inquiry details.

Information generated or collected through use: conversation text and voice with AMORIA, nicknames or preferred forms of address, preferences and boundaries, summaries of long-term memory, and usage logs.

Device and technical information: device identifiers, pairing information, IP address, browser and OS information, cookies, and similar technologies.
2. Purposes of Use
We use collected information for manufacturing, selling, and delivering products; providing the Services; providing continuous and context-aware dialogue experiences through AMORIA, including memory and personalization; identity verification and customer support; billing and payment processing; quality improvement, safety assurance, and prevention of unauthorized use; providing important notices; legal compliance; and responding to legal claims.
3. Handling of Conversation and Voice Data and AI / AMORIA

AMORIA stores conversation summaries, preferences, preferred forms of address, important events, and similar information as memory in order to maintain continuity of dialogue.

We manage data separately for each customer and implement access control based on account and device pairing.

We strive to apply privacy-by-design principles, and some AMORIA operations, including conversation generation, voice processing, and storage or summarization of memory information, may be processed in the cloud.

Customers may request confirmation or deletion of their own conversation and memory data at any time, as set forth in Section 7.
4. Provision to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent, except where required by law, where necessary to protect human life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult, where provision is made in connection with outsourcing, or where provision is made in connection with business succession.
5. Outsourcing
We may outsource operations such as shipping, payment processing, cloud/AI infrastructure, and customer support to external service providers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. We will exercise appropriate supervision over such service providers.
6. Provision to Third Parties Located Outside Japan / Cross-Border Transfers
To the extent necessary for the provision of the Services, the Company may outsource or provide the storage and processing of customers' personal information, conversation and voice data, usage logs, and other related data to external service providers, including cloud service providers, AI API providers, payment service providers, and customer support providers.
These external service providers may be located outside Japan or may use servers located outside Japan. The main countries or regions where data may be stored or processed include the United States, Singapore, EU member states, and other countries or regions where such external service providers are located or maintain servers.
When providing personal data to a third party located outside Japan, the Company will confirm the personal information protection system of the relevant foreign country and the personal information protection measures implemented by such third party, and will provide necessary information and obtain consent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company will also implement appropriate security control measures through contracts with service providers, access controls, encryption, and other measures.
7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion
Customers may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of their own personal information held by us. Please contact the inquiry desk below. We will respond in accordance with applicable laws after verifying the customer's identity.
8. Retention Period
We retain information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use or for the period required by law, and appropriately delete information that is no longer necessary.
9. Security Control Measures
We implement reasonable and appropriate security control measures, including access controls, encryption, and account/device authentication, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage.
10. Cookies and Access Analytics
We use cookies necessary for providing the Services. If cookies for access analytics or advertising purposes are used, the tools used and opt-out methods will be displayed separately.
11. Use by Minors
Use of the Services by persons under the age of 21 is not permitted.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary. In the event of any material changes, we will provide notice through the Services.

◉Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the "KOIBOT" and "ROLA" series, the AI dialogue system "AMORIA," and related websites and services collectively, the "Services," provided by Reon Robotics Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Customers ("Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by using the Services.

Article 1 / Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and Users concerning use of the Services. Any separate rules, guidelines, or individual provisions established by the Company shall constitute part of these Terms.
Article 2 / Definitions

"Products" means KOIBOT/ROLA series bodies and accessories sold by the Company.

"AI Services" means dialogue, memory, voice, and related functions provided by AMORIA.

"Reservation Deposit" means a refundable application fee paid to reserve a Product.
Article 3 / Account Registration
Use of the AI Services may require account registration and device pairing. Users shall keep their registered information accurate and up to date and shall be responsible for managing their accounts. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by unauthorized use, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 4 / Reservations, Purchases, and Payment
Products are made to order, and a reservation is established upon payment of the Reservation Deposit. The Reservation Deposit will be fully refunded upon the User's request before the final purchase contract is concluded. Details regarding prices, payment methods, delivery timing, return conditions, and related matters shall be governed by the "Disclosure Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions." Due to the made-to-order nature of the Products, cancellations, returns, or exchanges after production has begun will not be accepted, except in cases of defects attributable to the Company.
Article 5 / Prohibited Acts
Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

Use of the Services for sexual or obscene purposes. KOIBOT and AMORIA are designed as non-sexual companions, and the Company has zero tolerance for use, modification, or representation for such purposes.

Unauthorized modification of the Products or AI Services, or circumvention of the Company's safety designs or restrictions.

Acts that infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, reputation, and privacy.

Acts that interfere with operation of the Services, or unauthorized access or reverse engineering.

Use of AI outputs for defamation, impersonation, or illegal purposes involving real persons.

Any other acts that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate.
Article 6 / Nature of AI Services and Disclaimer
AMORIA is a technology intended to provide an emotional dialogue experience and is not a substitute for human relationships, medical care, psychological care, or professional support. For matters concerning health or safety, Users must consult qualified professionals. AI outputs are generated probabilistically, and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy, appropriateness, or usefulness. The Services must not be used as an emergency call or rescue method in emergencies.
Article 7 / Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to the Services, related software, designs, character IP, trademarks, and content belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users are granted only a non-exclusive right to use the Services within the scope of these Terms.
Article 8 / Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is," and the Company makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Article 9 / Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, special damages, or lost profits. Even where the Company is liable, the amount of damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the User to the Company in the relevant transaction. This Article shall apply only to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contract Act and other mandatory laws and regulations. However, this limitation shall not apply to damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 10 / Suspension of Use and Termination
If a User violates these Terms, the Company may suspend the User's account, restrict use of the AI Services, or terminate the contract without prior notice.
Article 11 / Changes to These Terms
The Company may amend these Terms when it deems necessary, upon notice to Users. If a User uses the Services after the amended Terms take effect, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 12 / Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all matters relating to use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute, the [Tokyo District Court] shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
