KOIBOT Rola Upper-Body Smart Head Edition is a delicate, premium emotional AI companion robot. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. Misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear is not eligible for return.

Return Eligibility & Video Requirement
To process any return or refund request, customers must record an unboxing video when receiving the product. The video should clearly show:
